I am very proud to say this is the 3rd year running that I have taken part in the 'Great Northern Run' and have raised lots of money for charity, doing my bit to help other people who are less fortunate than myself, hopefully helping to make their lives better, its all about working together to make a difference!

The race will take place on Saturday 14th May at Heaton Park, Manchester.

I am currently training for the event, the race is 2 miles long, it almost kills me every year (being a computer-games addict, working only my thumbs usually) so please dig deep and sponsor generously.

My charity of choice is Cancer Research UK - The work this charity does is very important. 1 in 3 are affected in some way in their life time by 'The Big C' We need to do everything we can to try to find a cure and help treat this deadly illness and to give support to Cancer patients and their familys who are dealing with it. Please Please give generously!
