Since the news of Alex, I’ve wanted to do something to help raise awareness for mental health. I have chosen to get a last minute place for Cardiff Half Marathon as Alex had planned to run it, therefore I would like to do it in memory of him, and also raise money for Mind which I knew Alex was raising for.
