As part of the various celebrations for our bnei mitzvah, we are going to be raising money for the charity "Spread a Smile". This fabulous organisation is dedicated to improving the lives of seriously ill children whilst they are in hospital.

To give you an excuse to donate, we're going to be cycling 30 miles... from "J" to "B" - from Just south of the river near Barnes, along the Thames and then up  the Lee Valley ending near Broxbourne.
