My name is Josh Graham. I'm a husband and father living with PKD, currently at 8% kidney function and incredibly lucky to be anticipating for a transplant from my amazing sister in law who is going through the process to donate.
My mom received a kidney from my dad in 1999 and is able to join us on this walk 23 years later as a result. We're so grateful for all the care we've received over the years that has made this possible, and we're walking to End PKD in the hope that it will
Join us on Sunday, September 11 at 2pm at Sheldon Point (the barn by the Irving Nature Park) for a walk to End PKD. We'll have coffee and snacks afterward. :-)
