My Grandad passed away in November 2005 at The Rowans Hospice where he recieved amazing care and support. I will be 16 years old in August and this is my first opportunity to compete in the Great South Run-I am really looking forward to taking part and feel it is a great opportunity to raise funds for a very worthy cause.
