Faith and Josh will be running in support of St Elizabeth Hospice

On Sunday 24 September, come rain, shine or, we hope, an overcast day, we'll be  participating in the Great East Run, a half-marathon in Ipswich.  For us it'll be a real challenge, the culmination of numerous weeks of grinding out the miles training on the highways and byways of our corner of Suffolk.

At the same time, we didn't want to pass up the opportunity to raise funds for St Elizabeth Hospice.  You simply won't find a better cause.  The hospice provides care to people with progressive and incurable illnesses, helping them live the lives they wish, for as long as possible, before assisting them to die in comfort and with dignity.

Which is where you come in.  Please give what you can.  Race day is imminent...
