Story

On the 12th September 2021 I will be  running the Brighton Marathon in memory of my nephew Henry. Henry was born in January last year but sadly, due to complications at his birth, passed away after 18 days.

Sands is an amazing charity that supports families during incredibly tough times like these, as well as supporting research to help prevent infant loss.

I found enjoyment from running during the first lockdown, but since going back to work I struggled to find time and started to find excuses not to run. I have needed something to motivate me to get back into running, and what better way to do it than by raising money for an amazing charity!

Any support you can provide will be greatly appreciated, whether that be a donation or even just by sharing my page, it will all help! It’s going be tough, and I’m sure the next 6 months will involve a lot of aches and pains but I will keep you updated on my progress. Wish me luck, I’m going to need it!
