Those of you that know me will know that 12 months ago I was in no condition to run this kind of distance, and that I have worked very hard to put myself in some kind of state where this is possible. I have done this in memory of my beloved Grandad, Ken Colley, who died 2 years ago, so that I can give something back to The Christie who looked after him so well during his treatment for cancer. I realise times are tough, and that everyone has their own way of supporting charity, but it would mean so much to me and my family if you could spare any money at all to sponsor me.
