So I think about 10-12 years ago my Father was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and the place that has helped him the most and continues to help him is the Leicestershire MS therapy centre!

The Leicestershire MS Therapy Centre is one of many throughout the UK which offers counseling and a number of therapies within a place to meet others in a friendly, relaxed yet positive environment. I've spent many hours there, volunteering a couple of my summers operating the hyperbaric chamber. Also helping raise money for them by running 3 half marathons in 2014.

My dad's continued effort that he puts into the centre is inspiring, and as he says it's amazing what you can achieve if you put your mind to it !
