Step Up for Brain Injury 2023 · 1 January 2023 to 31 January 2023 ·

Approximately 150,000 people in Ireland are living with a brain injury today. We are asking you to Step Up and take 150,000 steps between January 1st and 31st. Start the year right by raising vital funds for Acquired Brain Injury Ireland.

Story

I'm starting 2023 off in the right way. 19,000 people a year acquire a brain injury around the country with approximately 150,000 people living with one. I want to Step Up and to take 150,000 steps between January 1st and 31st. Acquired Brain Injury Ireland help rebuild lives after brain injury. Empowering people to live to their full potential. This is only possible through donations and your support. Acquired Brain Injury Ireland passionately serve and relentlessly advocate to empower and support people impacted by brain injury to rebuild their lives. What they want is a society where brain injury is understood and all those impacted receive world-class, personalised rehabilitation and support, as and when they need it. Please Step Up too and donate to support my 150,000 steps challenge and support brain injury survivors in 2023.
