Last year my Granny passed away from Covid-19, the sad truth for me was that I lost my Granny many years before from dementia and I was left with very few memories of her. 

Dementia can affect a person's ability to remember, think and speak. The experience of dementia can be extremely challenging for both the person affected and their families.

That's why I chose to fundraise for Dementia UK who support and develop specialist dementia nurses who can provide life-changing support for families affected by all forms of dementia. All money donated will help their dementia specialist Admiral Nurses provide a lifeline to more families facing dementia.
