Story

Hello visitor, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you will be aware, because I talk of little else, I am running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on October 8th.

My chosen charity is perennial who support workers in the horticulture industry. It's an industry that is not only my passion but thankfully pays my wages and provides me with a decent living. Others are not so lucky or fortunate so thank goodness for Perennial stepping in and providing support in many different ways. In return I wish to give a little something back and need your help in doing so.

My training started almost a year ago and although I have had a few set backs with the obligatory frustrating injuries, I have worked hard (with the support of my husband) to get to the stage where I am approaching race fitness and I'm raring to go!

Many thanks for any support given, its going to a fantastic charity that really makes a difference in a vital but relatively poorly paid industry.
