On August 4th I shall be taking part in the Ride London 100. The route is 100 miles long and consists of just over 4000ft of climbing

The intention is to raise as much money as I can for the MS Society. As little contribution as £5, could pay for laboratory essentials such as latex gloves or microscope slides. £50 could pay for 10 calls to their helpline. I'm extremely grateful for any donation given, it's for a very good cause

The reason I choose to ride for MS Society is because 7 years ago my Auntie got diagnosed with MS and has been battling with the illness ever since
