It's been nearly a year since we lost my dad, but I need to strive to get the Myeloma message out there! 

Marathons are only the start of it! I have a few Ultra marathons up my sleeve and want to really make the most of my health and fitness for all those that aren't, and not just myeloma patients, everybody. 

I'm running for those who would love to!
