The 18 months between my Nan's diagnosis and losing her are the most precious memories I will ever have. I am so grateful for those 18 months and so thankful for the advances in treatment which allowed us those 18 extra months as a family.

It is crucial that people continue to raise money for Cancer Research UK as it is only through continued research that advances in treatment happen. So other people get the chance to make extra memories like we did. 

One day we will beat this cruel illness.
