Well as the last year or so has been a bit different,  many of you will have found that the pounds have crept on and the motivation in life has taken a drop. But it's time for me now to shed some Fat and get motivated and what better way then challenging my self to the Spartan Honour series. Its 3 events over two days. First being a 21km assault course with 30 obstacles followed by a 10km then 5km assault course contained a combined 45 0bstacles. 

considering I have done nothing and I mean nothing over the last 18 months this is not going to be easy to train for let alone do. So please for the price of a pint make a small donation and support Scotty's Little Soldiers.
