Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Along with a group of people from OnPoint Training I have agreed to a bit of a fitness drive leading up to Christmas.
To keep us true to it, we are going to do it for a great local charity CHIPS!
The plan is to give up 7 key foods or drinks that are included in our day to day lives for 7 weeks. I will also strive to do at least 1 hour of training and/or 10,000 steps for 7 days a week.
Here are our 7 deadly sins that we will be giving up:
1, Zero Beer
2, Zero Coffee
3, Zero Fizzy Drinks
4, Zero Biscuits
5, Zero Bread
6, Zero Crisps
7, Zero Chocolate
Should I slip up at any point I will make a £20 donation to the charity.
