JTYAF March Week, 10 March 2014
We support young people to follow their dreams and ambitions

Story

Lt John Thornton RM was tragically killed in Afghanistan in 2008. His charity has been setup by his family to help young people achieve above and beyond their wildest dreams, because John himself achieved so much.

JTYAF supports young people by providing them with bursaries and scholarships to support their personal development. These awards are issued to individuals based on their demonstration of the charity's 4 key values: determination, courage, unselfishness and cheerfulness in adversity.

For 7 days I will not be using public transport to and from work (Esprit Brighton) and will be carrying a 30kg bergen whilst wearing CS95 combat uniform.

-I live 5.6 miles away from my place of work

-Marching a total of 11.2 miles a day

-Covering a total of 78.4 miles for the week

I will be marching along the A259 between Brighton Churchill Square and Saltdean for the 7 days and it would be fantasitc for any form of support and donations!

The March week will be from the 10/03 to the 16/03
