Hi everyone,

As some of you may already know I have been on a fitness journey over the last 6 months that saw my run my first 10k in the Vancouver Sun Run back in April. Something I never thought I would do. 

As I prepare to take part in my second 10k, I have decided to use the opportunity to raise money for Weston Park to support the work they are doing in the local area. 

As someone whose life has been affected by cancer, I think it's a fantastic cause and hopefully you can support me in rasing money for Weston Park.
