Story

So this year I've decided to run the Manchester Marathon (Sunday 7th April) for Royal Manchester Children's Hospital charity. I am now going to push myself a bit more and complete the following events leading up to the big day:

Liverpool Half Marathon - Sunday 10/03
Wigan Half Marathon - Sunday 17/03
Bolton AKA The Promise Land Half Marathon - Sunday 24/03
JP’s BAE run - Friday 29/03 – I can’t find a running event on this day so I’m making my own. Any runners out there please feel free to join me. I will run from work after 12:30 and see where I end up Forrest Gump Style (Hopefully back at work or the pub)
Manchester Marathon Sunday 07/04
Colwyn BAE Half Marathon Sunday 14/04

Running is something I enjoy doing and have been doing for around 5 years now, I like to try and challenge myself to complete different running events and mainly to stop the 'Dad Bod' from getting out of control!

I have done a few running events now over 5 years and I’m more determined this year to train, as I want beat my personal best of 4 hours 30 minutes and hopefully become part of the ‘Sub 4 hours club’ - no idea if it even is a club but it is now!

I have no stories at all with any charity I just try to raise as much as I can in the hope that the money raised with help some people in some way.

I choose Royal Manchester Children's Hospital because if anyone in this world deserves help it’s children, please help me support this fantastic charity who daily support a lot of Children and their families.

Thanks for all kind donations it is appreciated, have a top year! x
