Story

Today you will spend about 15 minutes going to the toilet, about an hour eating and anywhere upto 8 hours sleeping. So please take 5 minutes to read this. Jordan white and I (James Hamblin) are running the Bristol half marathon in September and we are looking to raise £1500 towards three charities; MacMillan, North Devon Hospice and the Lymphoma Association. So why do these deserve your hard earned pennies? Reality is that everyone that is reading this has been effected by cancer. Whether it is a relative or friend that has been diagnosed we unfortunately now see its effects every day. Every penny that is raised can be seen in action. Whether it is helping to pay for treatment, transport costs or nurses to come and take care of those closest to us, the work carried out by these charities at times is overlooked. Even if you can only sponsor us what you would usually spend on lunch or your first round of drinks on a Friday night, together the money raised will go to support those that need it the most. A number of our closest family and friends have seen the work carried out by these three charities which is why we have set a high target to help all three. Due to the way justgiving is set up, all donations on this page go to MacMillan. For the other two charities Jordan and myself will be doing fundraising events in order to raise money, making it even easier to donate. Thank you for taking your time to read this, now get donating
