In 2019 5,691 in the UK tragically took their own life. Alarmingly 4,303 of these were men.

Alongside some close friends we are pushing ourselves to raise money for Beder, a UK based charity working to try and reduce that unacceptable number. 

We are pushing ourselves to raise money for Beder, a U.K. based charity working to try and reduce that unacceptable number, as well as give people the tools to be able to talk about their mental health without the stigma that is often attached to it.

It will be cold, dark, and miserable, however so are the final hours of too many Men in the U.K. We will push through and prevail, and we hope that with our help Beder will enable more Men to do the same.

Over the course of November I'll be participating in a number of physical tasks as well as growing some gloriously verdant face foliage, we will also be participating in tasks that relates to 5,691 every day in the month of Movember.
