On Sunday 5th September Neil (a late substitute for Jonny)  will be doing a 400 metre swim in a cold lake. Steve will be cycling 20km. And if night hasn't fallen by then, Tim will be running (walking?) 5km.

Why? To raise money for Tri For Life which this year is raising money for Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Leukaemia Research and WJR.
