We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

Hey, thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

In May I am travelling to Beijing to trek The Great Wall of China, in aid of the Alzheimers society. Please help me to exceed my fundraising target and raise as much as possible to help the thousands of families who are effected by dementia.

DID YOU KNOW:

- OVER 700,000 PEOPLE IN THE UK HAVE DEMENTIA

- 1 IN 6 PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF 80 ARE EFFECTED BY DEMENTIA

- 1 IN 3 OLDER PEOPLE WILL END THEIR LIVES WITH A FORM OF DEMENTIA

Alzheimers Society is the leading care and research charity for those people with dementia and their carers, their work depends on the generosity of you and I.

Thankyou and hope to hear from you soon,

Joni

FUNDRAISING SO FAR.....

We have done a bootsale and raised £100 between myself and Fran.

We did a pub crawl around Diss and between myself and Fran raised £512 - Thankyou to everyone who helped us we were very impressed with the result.

All of our monies have now been banked and we are waiting for our cheque books to forward it on to this account.

We also have planned a gaming day for friends and family and a race horse night at Roydon Village Hall which we are selling tickets for. The race horse night is on 22nd November, if you would like to know any more about these events feel free to send me an email to joni.clark1@btinternet.com.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
