Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the Flora London Marathon 2009 which will be my second Flora London Marathon - obviously the experience last year didn't put me off too much, but I am looking to improve significantly on my time of 4 hours 50 mins from 2008.

Update - I completed the race in 4 hours 25 mins 32 secs - a fantastic experience despite the hot conditions - thank you to all my generous sponsors for helping me to complete the course when the going became tough.

I will be running this year as part of the Addleshaw Goddard Runners team of 14 runners for Centrepoint - the leading national charity dealing with homelessness. I will also be running in memory of my cousin, Matthew Morgan who recently passed away at the age of 37.
