Hi Guys,

Sunday 24th October, not a particularly famous day in history, however this day in 2010 will mark me running the Great South Run in Portsmouth.

Not only do I get the chance to push my body well beyond its exercise limits, you get the chance to sponsor me to do this and help a great cause at the same time.

I am running the race for the Charity "Round Table Children’s Wish".

For those of you that don't know it is an unbelievable charity, who give children with life threatening illnesses the chance to make their wishes come true.
