Hello all,

I'm going to get up ridiculously early on Sunday June 17th, and join a load of mad people cycling from Clapham Common to Brighton Promenade. Partly to keep fit, partly to have a cold beer in Brighton, but mostly to raise money for a charity very close to myself and my family.

So please can we raise some money for Macmillian Cancer Support, whose nurses where there to support myself and my family in 2001 when my father died of cancer.

They really do such an incredible job.
