Well how about a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 press ups, 300 squats and another 1 mile run ....twice with Osprey body armour !!! Well thats what me and Ted are doing ! So be the hero and donate ! By the way its in December while its fecking freezing !!!!!!!
