Story
Moore Insight selected Endeavour as their charity partner of the year, with an aim to raise £10,000 through several fundraising initiatives; including the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge and other office-based events. This will go towards supporting the fantastic work Endeavour does for young people in the South Yorkshire region.
What is the Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge?
The Yorkshire Three Peaks route is 24 miles (38.6km), and includes 1585m (5200ft) of ascent.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, usually in this order, and in under 12 hours. These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Here is a little more about the charity:
Endeavour is a Sheffield based youth organisation working across South Yorkshire and the surrounding area. Their projects and activities are designed to identify, target and support young people who are facing a range of challenging circumstances. They believe that every young person deserves to have the skills, knowledge and resilience to create a positive future.
Their work supports:
· Young people currently not in employment, education or training.
· Young offenders and those at risk of becoming involved in serious youth violence.
· Young people who are newly arrived in the UK.
· Young people with special educational needs or a disability.
· Looked after children and young people.
· Children and young people that are living through adverse childhood experiences and chaotic home lives.
Their work programmes currently fall under three main categories that have been designed to help young people to develop the skills they need to face the challenges in their lives:
Personal development: Provide a diverse range of activities that empower young people to conquer their fears, to express themselves, and to trust and respect others.
Education: Empower young people to get the best from their education, helping them unlock their future and fulfil potential.
Outdoor Education: Provide outdoor learning opportunities supporting young people to develop a range of essential life skills and access new experiences.
