In September I did a cycle trip from Ham House to the Thames Barrier and back, 52 mile journey in aid of the Leukaemia and Lymphoma Charity. Here's hoping you can do a trip to your wallet and make a donation to this very worthy charity. It is for a neighbour and in memory of an old friend Adrian . It is also for those who are currently fighting this cancer, especially for a little 5yo girl who lives locally and has just been diagnosed with leukaemia and for those who have yet to be diagnosed.
