Mountain Biking is one of my favourite pastimes so why not combine 2 things. 

1 - Enjoying a steady 40 mile mountain bike ride through the wonderful Hamsterley forest.

 2 - Raising money for a fabulous organisation the Great North Air Ambulance Service. After all you never know when you might need them.

I believe they have too raise around around 4.5 million pounds a year to keep the 3 helicopters in the sky.
