Dear All,

It's been rough year with Dad passing away peacefully in hospital in May, 2 days after a cancer diagnosis; he didn't get the chance to go home, but many people do and rely on the Macmillan Nurses for a huge amount of support.

I am doing another run on Sunday 1st December, The Standard Chartered Marathon in Singapore starting at 5am when it should be about a cool 26 degrees, and looking forward to some refereshing drizzle!

I would hugely appreciate any sponsorship at all; I know that many of you have also been affected by this and my heart goes out to you.

Will keep you posted....I'm trying to knock half an hour off my last time!
