We support disadvantaged 11-30 year olds to get their lives on track.

Story

The Prince's Trust is all about 'Helping to Change Young Peoples Lives'. And having seen first hand the good work that the 'Trust' undertakes with young people not in education, employment or training has made me wanted to contribute and be apart of a challenging event.

The challenge for me is that I havent really been on a bike for 10 years or so. In fact im riding the bike that I had 10 years ago ..... they say that you never forget how to ride one .... we will see if that is the case.

The event itself involves 3,000 cyclists riding 45 miles in aid of The Trust. The route will take them from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle. Im hoping its either flat or down hill.

Im starting to put in some miles and hope to peak in fitness to achieve a respectable time (or get accross the finish line).

I appreciate any contribution in sponsoring me for the event and will keep you all informed of my progress.
