Following the success of last years Alps cycle, this year i'm building up to the 112 mile gruelling Fred Whitton Charity ride in the Lake District on May 12th. ( http://www.fredwhittonchallenge.org.uk/)

I don't have a time in mind...i just want to finish it in one piece!

The first stage is the 75 mile ride in Aylesbury on April 7th followed by a 4 day London Paris ride through the First World War battlefields, starting April 18th.

Iain Rennie really are a fantastic organisation and enable patients to stay at home in their last few weeks, with all the advice on hand to enable this time to be as peaceful and painfree as possible. This doesn't come cheap and costs them £4.8 MILLION a year of which only 10% comes through central funding.

The Fred Whitton challenge was created with the sole purpose of raising money for charities so I'd really appreciate your help in raising money for Iain Rennie.
