We have set up this page in loving memory of a dedicated family man, wonderful friend and trusted mentor.

Jonathan faced his illness with admirable determination, courage and resilience which inspired everyone who knew him.

With his continued sense of humour and great selflessness, Jonathan fought to be there for as long as possible for his family.
