In 2011 me & my Dad decided to ride 59 miles in the Great North Bike Ride, from Seahouses to Tynemouth along the beautiful North East coast. 

Now I've decided to do the whole thing by myself. This time I've done more training (so far) & no longer smoke, so it should be a whole lot easier... 

Apart from having done it once before, I now know how far 59 miles is (a long way).

So, if you can spare a few pounds (the more the better), then it will help me push those peddles & go to a good cause, the Chris Lucas Trust, in whose memory the ride is organised.
