On the 7th May 2022 we are taking on the ultimate obstacle course Rat Race Dirty weekender, which is a 20 mile run with 200 obstacles to navigate. 

Many of you that know us know that we have done mud runs in the past but nothing on this level! 

We initially booked this event back in 2019 when we were at our fittest, but then the pandemic hit! Fast forward two years later and many calories worth of food and booze have been consumed, and time to train has been limited due to new commitments however, we are not people to shy away from a challenge! 

So we will be on the start line on the 7th May with Team AAUK to take on this epic challenge!! And start the AAUK 10 year anniversary fundraising events off with a bang
