As a final farewell to 10 lovely years at Swanmore Primary I am going to run a loop for every child at our school (around 420 children).   This calculates a mileage of around 33, so, an ultra marathon around our playground. 

I am acutely aware of the impact that physical exercise has on mental health in addition to the mental health of the children in the country following numerous lock downs.

Young minds provides an essential service for those in the most need during times of difficulty.
