Hey guys

In August im hiking upto Everest base camp (5,545m - 18,192ft) to raise money for a fantastic Children's Medical Research Charity - Sparks!!

Having just got back from a trip to see the charity in action i can promise you everypenny raised makes such a difference to the people who really need it. Sparks's sole mission is to make sure all babies are born healthy and stay healthy and the work they have done so far has saved thousands of lives :)
