Story

I am 42 years old (43 on race day) and have decided to attempt to run the London Marathon 2019. I ran this Marathon in 2013 (haven't really run since !) when i was slightly fitter and much lighter ! After 8 years of unsuccessful ballot entries i applied to run to raise money for the RSPCA for which i have been accepted for.

Whilst lots of money is raised for numerous other charities, The RSPCA is sometimes overlooked. Cruelty to animals is abhorrent and i feel very strongly about it. Having witnessed first hand what the work The RSPCA does and the cruelty and suffering it prevents, I am determined to train hard and work hard to raise a minimum amount of £2000 and hopefully a lot more for this worthwhile charity.

Training starts Tuesday 30th October 2018

Thank you for visiting my page, i am extremely grateful for any donation no matter how big or small as i aim to smash my target !
