I am raising money for Prostate Cancer UK because so many of my friends either have had or have this cancer and I want to help as much as I can.  I am riding the Big Blue ride from Windsor on 10 September and have chosen to do the 100km ride as this is a big ride for me requiring lots of effort, but nowhere near as much effort as those who have suffered from this disease have had to exert.
