Story
In memory of Bill, a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle & cousin.
Taken too soon, he was very loved by us all, & will be greatly missed. .
Bill & Janet spent a lot of time at their caravan and with the local community at Sea Palling, Norfolk. The Sea Palling Lifeboat is a charity they supported, and when in Sea Palling when the Lifeboat held their charity days Janet & Bill always attended.
The Sea Palling Lifeboat station is a vital service in Sea Palling that works tirelessly to save lives & help people along the Norfolk coast. Sea Palling Lifeboat Station is manned purely by volunteers, most whom have full time jobs, these men & women risk their lives on a daily basis to save the lives of others. They can regularly be seen performing training runs from the station, & this is all done in their ‘spare’ time. They are an independent lifeboat station and run solely on charitable donations.
Bill and Janet supported this charity as much as they could every time they visited by entering their raffles, buying cakes (Bill loved a cake & a cup of tea!) & goodies at their sales and joining in (from an observer point of view) at the beach days they held.
Please help us to raise money for this incredibly worthwhile & vital cause, in memory of our husband, father, grandfather and brother. Bill was known in the local community, as he often chatted to everyone when he visited the area. We would appreciate any donations from anyone that would like to donate in memory of Bill for this worthy cause.
We, as a family would like to thank you all in advance for your kindness
