I have two gorgeous re-homed cats who enrich my life every single day.  

My little black and white cat James, came to us having lived on the streets for 2 years in all weather, open to the elements under a bush on a busy road, surviving with a few scraps from a local accountancy firm.  Fortunately he was rescued and moved in shortly afterwards... ever since the moment he arrived it has been an adventure, he's a little boy with a huge personality.  The first two weeks he needed around the clock care and support, waking me up every three hours for cuddles and reassurance.  Shortly after he arrived, Dorothy moved in and after a month or two of introductions, they live side by side and he's learnt a lot from his big sister; how to use the cat flap, how to get more treats and even developed a love for tummy rubs :)  They both enjoy lots of cuddles, snacks and games.  They bring joy to us every day and purr whenever you come into the room!  After a long day, they are just the tonic I crave and I want to help more wonderful cats go to loving caring homes.  I am running to raise money for the Cats Protection League, as I share their vision of 'a world where every cat is treated with kindness'.
