Story

Hello!

I'm taking part in the Move It For Mental Health challenge in support of my absolute favourite charity, Mental Health UK.

I've committed to running 100km over the month of August, and since I am only starting this today on 4th August I have already lost 3 days of the month so I better get going amirite?

What a time we are living through. What a time to be living with a mental health problem. Some people may be experiencing mental health problems for the first time. Others are having to cope with exacerbated feelings of anxiety, depression, isolation and helplessness.

With your support, more people will have access to the help, advice, and information they need. Donate and you will be having a direct impact on the well-being of people across the UK affected by mental health problems.

Let's help raise awareness and stamp out stigma - your support is so very very very very very very very very very very (help! I need a thesaurus!) much appreciated!

Hugs and smooches

Johnston
