I thought about riding my bike from John O'Groats to Lands End, but I've got a puncture. My Speedo's have shrunk due to being washed on too high a temperature, so the Channel swim will have to wait, and the last time I ran, whilst being chased by an angry Yorkshire Terrier, I nearly passed out. And whilst eating a Marathon (Snickers) is a do-able feat, running one is in the realms of fantasy.

One thing I am confident about is being able to grow a moustache in a month (albeit a pretty dodgy one) and I will be attempting either the Kevin Webster (1980's Coronation Street - see photo above), the Cad (what an absolute bounder!!) or the Mexican Gringo (excessive tequila consumption included!!) in aid of Movember, and a very worthwhile cause.

I will be posting photos so you can track my progress and hopefully have a good laugh at my expense.
