I will be walking 12.7 miles Sunday 27th Sept 15, over the Bridges of London in support of Hearts & Souls which is a registered charity that needs to raise more than £20,000 a year to fund the all-important exercise classes, equipment and specialist trainers that are central to cardiac rehabilitation programme in Buckinghamshire. This helps around 1000 patients get back to normal after cardiac events every year. This part of the rehab programme is not fully funded by the NHS and relies entirely on charitable donation.
