Leg 4 of the Lands End to John O'Groats Big Bike Ride is now complete!

It was a fantastic cycle, a very different way to spend our 9-5, definitely rewarding-just not quite as comfortable as being on an office chair! The team cycled the 86 miles brilliantly, managing to finish bang on 5.05pm, with the help from our professional guide Glen & the rest of the team from Tall Stories.

The weather was very consistent...in that it kept changing, but luckily it it didn't rain for more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time, only the wind & hills making things difficult at times.

All my early morning training & long weekend cycles have paid off to make it an amazing & unforgettable experience. I've met some fabulous colleagues across the group in coming together at an event that's raising funds for a truly worthy cause.

Please, please, please if there is anything you can spare-be it £1 or £5, anything would be much appreciated. It all goes towards a great Charirty & would help to acheive my target for the fundraising.

To Swing Unlimited Big Band & Highcliffe Castle for allowing us to hold a Charity Raffle at their open air concert & all my team that helped sell tickets - tremendous gratitude - £328 raised!

From Music at the Miramar 2 - to the Hotel & staff, the performers, musicians, sound engineer & all the friends, family & faithful audience that made the show possible - couldn't have done it without you - £297.45 raised!

Here's to Save the Children & all our other colleagues who are taking part, may we all complete a memorable & safe cycle & achieve our target of £1000!
