Each year the John Lyon School holds a day to celebrate its eight values. Owing to the Covid-19 lockdown, the 2020 event will be held virtually, with pupils set a challenge based on the 2.6 challenge and which reflects the School value 'Community'.

Pupils may choose to walk or run 2.6km, complete 26 press-ups, a two minute and six second plank, bake 26 cupcakes, write 26 letters, or have a 26 minute phone call with an elderly or vulnerable relative or member of the community...the possibilities are endless.

We are encouraging donations based on 2.6, whether that be £2.60, £26.20, or even £262.
