I guess most of you will know my son Sam's story, but just in case you don't...he was diagnosed with a malignant kidney tumour when he was two and a half, and had one of his kidneys and the tumour removed and then "enjoyed" nine months of chemo.

But thank God, he came through it all and is now a thriving eleven year old with his illness all behind him.

CLIC Sargent were just amazing during his illness, providing nursing care and a CLIC home-from-home next to the hospital Sam was treated in - a real lifeline. Now it's payback time - literally. Please give what you can, it doesn't have to be much to add up.
