In order to give myself a goal and to raise some money for a charity I decided to do this 10k for Age UK after seeing a poster in town.  Anyways, if anybody would like to sponsor me it would be appreciated.

Please bear in mind that:

a) I am aged myself
b) I've never run 10k in one go in my life
c) I hate running
d) I have less than 1 month to prepare!!
e) Why am I doing this again?
